How are children and infants accommodated in a hotel?

If a child is traveling with two adults, the child can share the existing bedding by paying the Child without Extra Bed Rate. If an extra bed is needed, then Child With Extra Bed Rate prices apply.

If two adults are traveling with two children, then two room need to be booked. One adult and one child (with bed) would stay in each of two rooms. On the other hand, if a family room is available, then one child can be accommodated by paying Child With Bed Charges whereas the second child can share the existing bed with adults by paying the Child Without Extra Bed Rate charges.

Infants can be included with two adults and a child with extra bed, and separate cot can be requested. Accommodation charges do not apply for an infant in such a case.

Group Escorted Tours do not encourage participation of young children and infants due to extensive itineraries and stressful schedules.
